HOW IT WORKS
We provide pickup & delivery service to both commercial and residential customers. Residential customers can use our easy, online sign up. Commercial customers should call to set up custom commercial pricing and scheduling.
- Personalize your Account Care Prefences:
- Save your primary care preferences, including washer and dryer temperatures, bleach with whites, spot treatments, detergent/softener,/dryer sheets (e.g. scented, hypoallergenic, commercial, supply your own), and hang/fold options and notes.
- Instructions can be added to specific bags of laundry that require special care.
- Place your laundry into bags (plastic or laundry) and write or attach any labels or special instructions on them (e.g. whites, delicates, hang dry, hypoallergenic, or label them by family member).
- Our large machines can combine loads, but we will never combine bags marked for special care or different family members, nor will your laundry ever be washed or dried with other customers' laundry.
- Place laundry on your doorstep or other noted location prior to your scheduled pickup.
- Orders are weighed on-site to ensure accurate per-pound pricing and consistent results. You will receive a notification through the app what your final price, inlcuding delivery service, will be.
- Your laundry will be delivered the next day or at your scheduled time.
